  • Adult and any family members registered for course as guest must either be current ASC member or applicant for membership

 Albert Sailing Club's Spring Learn to Sail program in November is for adults and for youth (14 to 18 years of age) participating with a parent.

Program dates :
Sunday 10th November , 9.30am to 4.30pm
Sunday 
17th November, 9.30am to 4.30pm
Sunday 
24th November, 9.30am to 4.30pm
Saturday 30th November
, 9.30am - 12.30pm

Fees
* The discounted fee for this course is $130 per person.for Albert Sailing club members.

* It is a 
requirement to be a club member to undertake the course, either a senior member or part of a family membership.

If a current member of Albert Sailing Club or made an online application to be a member Make your course booking via the Register button below.

If currently not an Albert Sailing Club member you need to 
1. Book for the course and pay the fee using the Register button below.
2. Then make an online membership application and pay the membership fee 

To apply for membership 
* Go to the Join The Club tab on top of the Home screen of  www.albertsc.org.au.
* Read the details including 2024-25 membership fees which cover period up until 30 September 2025. (Senior membership - $360, family membership - $515, student/apprentice 18 to 25 yrs. - $225)
* In making an application youyou need to provide the names and contact details for 2 referees and can use Rod Thomas (Training Principal) as the nominating member.
* After submitting the Membership application the club's membership secretary will forward on your name to the club committee for approval andonce approved provide a welcoming email.

Learn to Sail courses for Juniors 7 to 12 yo are through Tackers courses on Albert Park Lake conducted by Australian Sailing's Albert Park Boatshed or larger clubs on Port Phillip. Details of Boatshed programs are on https://www.theboatshed.net.au/home/.
An Alternative for juniors is for an adult who has some sailing experience to join Albert Sailing Club and their sail their own boat such as Mirror, Heron, Pacer,125 or RS Zest with their child.
